Refund Policy
1. Our commitment
We stand behind the quality of our translations. If there is a genuine accuracy problem with delivered work, we will correct it or refund appropriately.
2. Correction period
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request corrections at no extra cost. Submit requests to info@the-translators.com with specific details. We respond within 1 business day.
3. Full refund conditions
Full refund available if: (a) we cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe and you have not received the work; (b) delivered work contains systematic errors throughout; (c) content does not match the agreed language pair or scope.
4. Partial refund
Partial refund may apply where delivery is significantly delayed, or specific sections contain substantive errors we cannot correct after a second attempt.
5. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available for change of mind after work has commenced, stylistic preferences, source document changes after start, or requests more than 14 days after delivery.
6. How to request
Email info@the-translators.com with your order reference and description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
7. Consumer rights
Statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law apply and are not limited by this policy.
