Delivery Policy
1. How delivery works
All translations are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery. Files are sent in the agreed format.
2. Timelines
- Flor de Azahar: 7 business days from project confirmation (up to 800 words)
- Naranja: 12 business days (up to 4,000 words)
- Naranjado de Valencia: 21 business days (up to 12,000 words)
- 48h Priority add-on: 48 hours for documents up to 2,500 words
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish and Valencian public holidays. Timelines begin the next business day after project confirmation.
3. Project confirmation
After payment you receive an automatic Stripe confirmation. Within 1 business day, a coordinator sends a project kickoff email specifying start date, delivery date, assigned translator, and any terminology questions.
4. If delivery is delayed
We notify you before the deadline if a delay is anticipated, explain the reason, and offer a revised date. If unacceptable, you may cancel for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
5. Corrections after delivery
7 calendar days to request corrections at no cost. See Refund Policy for full details.
