From document to delivery.
The same five stages in every project, regardless of type or volume.
Submit
You send us the document along with context: what it is for, who will read it, whether tone matters, whether there are preferred terms. The more context we have at the start, the fewer questions we need to ask later and the better the output.
Quote
We review the file, assess the volume, the domain, and the complexity. Within 2 hours on business days you receive a quote with a fixed price, the assigned translator, the delivery date, and format of output. Nothing changes after you confirm.
Translate
A domain specialist handles the text. Medical content goes to a medical translator. Financial content goes to someone who reads balance sheets. We never cross-assign. Translators work with reference glossaries and any materials you have provided.
Review
A second translator who was not involved in the initial pass reviews the output for accuracy, flow and consistency. For the Naranjado plan this review includes a full QA report with annotations available on request.
Deliver
Files are delivered by email in the agreed format. You have 7 calendar days to request corrections that relate to translation accuracy. After that window closes we remain available for questions about the translation at no extra cost.
