1 What language pairs do you cover?
Our main pairs are ES-EN, EN-ES, FR-ES, ES-FR, DE-ES, ES-DE, PT-ES, ES-PT, IT-ES, and ES-IT. We also cover EN-FR, EN-DE, EN-PT and EN-IT. For languages outside this range, contact us and we will assess coverage through our specialist network.
2 Do you work with specialist fields or only general translation?
Only specialist translation. We cover academic and research documents, e-commerce product and catalogue content, medical and clinical documentation, financial and banking materials, software interface localization, and subtitling for video content. General commercial translation is available under any plan.
3 How long does a typical translation take?
The Flor de Azahar plan delivers within 7 business days for up to 800 words. Naranja delivers within 12 days for up to 4,000 words. Naranjado de Valencia delivers within 21 days for up to 12,000 words. The 48h Priority Delivery add-on is available for documents up to 2,500 words.
4 Can you provide certified or notarized translations?
We prepare the translation and documentation for notarization. The Notarized Copy Preparation add-on covers the preparation of the certified copy ready for the notary. We work with registered translators for documents that require official certification.
5 What file formats do you accept?
DOCX, PDF, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, HTML, XML, JSON, SRT, VTT, and most common document and software formats. For unusual formats, contact us before uploading. We return the translation in the same format unless you specify otherwise.
6 What happens after I pay?
You will receive an automatic payment confirmation. Within 1 business day, a coordinator contacts you by email to confirm the project start date, delivery date, and any questions about the source material. Work begins after that confirmation. Files are delivered on the agreed date.
